How to prepare

1. Sift 1 tsp of matcha into a bowl
2. Add hot water (max 70°C)
3. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds making an “M” shape
4. Add matcha to hot or iced milk
5. Customize your matcha with sweetener of your choice- we love using honey or lavender syrup for a natural touch.
