This meticulous process takes about one hour to grind just 40g of matcha.

These leaves are grown in shaded fields for 30 days before being carefully steamed and dried to preserve their natural flavors and nutritional benefits. Certified organic, our matcha powder is rich in antioxidants and amino acids, providing a smooth, mellow taste with creamy undertones. Each sip not only delights the palate but also nourishes the body, offering a balanced energy boost throughout the day.

How to prepare

1. Sift 1 tsp of matcha into a bowl
2. Add hot water (max 70°C)
3. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds making an “M” shape
4. Add matcha to hot or iced milk
5. Customize your matcha with sweetener of your choice- we love using honey or lavender syrup for a natural touch.

How to Store

Seal the pouch & store in a cool dry place to maintain freshness and quality.

LOVE IT!!!

Considering its price, I wasn't expecting the matcha to be high quality, but the moment I opened the bag and saw the powder, it became one of my favorites. The smell was fresh and sweet, the colour was vibrant, and the taste was extremely satisfying! Definitely looking to get more of these soon (got me hooked so bad I'm nearly finished with the bag already).
